City of Sydney is seeking an experienced Sustainability Engagement Manager to lead residential sustainability and resilience work during maternity leave for the City. You will design, deliver and evaluate programs across the residential strata sector while guiding a small team and engaging government, industry and community partners.
The role requires leadership, broad stakeholder engagement, and expertise in sustainability within the built environment with a focus on apartment living.

We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Engagement Manager to lead the City’s residential sustainability and resilience work while the incumbent Manager is on maternity leave.
You will bring significant experience in designing and delivering environmental or resilience programs, strong stakeholder and leadership skills, and an understanding of sustainability issues within the built environment. Experience working with the residential strata sector would be highly regarded.
This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
