Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh sushi, sashimi and Japanese food items following recipes and standards
• Maintain clean and tidy workstation

• Assist with customer service during peak hours
• General kitchen duties including dish washing and basic food prep
• Stock rotation, waste disposal and maintain high hygiene standards
• Support sushi makers and front-of-house during busy shifts
