Job summary

Ok Sushi Bowen Hills is hiring a part-time Kitchen Hand to join our team in the Hot Food section. You will learn sushi making and Japanese cooking while supporting daily food prep.

Key duties include preparing ingredients and working in the Hot Food area; ideal candidates have basic knife skills and an interest in Japanese cuisine. Availability 7am-11am or 11am-4pm; Australian working rights required.

Training provided with potential for rate increase as you progress.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Japanese food and culture, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knife skills to prepare ingredients for sushi.
• Available either 7am - 11am or 11am - 4pm.
• Sushi or similar experience welcome.
• Must have Australian working rights.
