Job summary

ESO Surveyors in Brisbane seeks a Surveyor to join our field team on large construction projects. Reporting to the State Manager, you will perform fieldwork, office drafting, and deliver accurate survey results with our experienced team.

You will bring a Diploma or associate degree, demonstrated surveying experience, and hands-on use of Leica equipment and 12D Model/Field; laser scanning is an advantage. Australian residency required.

Qualifications

• Exposure to Leica equipment and 12D modelling/field is desirable.

Your Role

As Surveyor, you’ll work on large constructions projects. Reporting to the State Manager, this role offers the chance to work with an experienced team on major projects, while building your career with one of the best in the industry.

You’ll

• Perform construction fieldwork and site office work in accordance with the company and project plan.
• Ensure Survey work is carried out efficiently.
• Advise clients on surveying and spatial information relating to their project.
• Provide solutions to survey problems.
• Ensure reports and work-as-executed plans are completed and delivered to client in a timely manner.

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma or associate degree minimum.
• Demonstrated surveying experience.
• Leica equipment and 12D Model/Field experience desirable.
• Ability to perform own 12d modelling, calculations, reporting and drafting desirable.
• Laser scanning experience well regarded.
• Motivation and be a self‑starter, who will be supported by our Project Manager, State Manager and Senior Surveyors.
• Valid Australian drivers’ license and white card.
• Australian residency and the right to live and work in Australia.
