Job summary

Bielby Holdings is seeking an experienced Survey Manager to lead all surveying activities for the Kempsey-Armidale Road Restoration Project in NSW. You will oversee survey teams, subcontractors, equipment and resources, while providing technical leadership to engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate set-out and as-built data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading survey teams on major civil infrastructure projects, ideally in NSW.
• Strong technical expertise in construction surveying.
• Ability to manage survey resources, priorities and project outcomes.
• Collaborative approach working with engineering and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all survey activities across the project
• Manage survey teams, subcontractors, equipment and resources
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and construction teams
• Oversee set-out, verification and as-built survey delivery
• Ensure quality, compliance and survey outcomes support construction programmes and project objectives
• Establish and maintain project survey control and governance systems
