Customer Compliance Analyst (12-month contract)

SkyCity Adelaide is looking for Customer Compliance Analysts to join our Financial Crime team.

About the Opportunity

As a Customer Compliance Analyst at SkyCity Adelaide, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and compliant execution of customer‑related regulatory processes. Your work will support the wider Financial Crime and AML teams through customer screenings, adverse media checks, stakeholder liaison and the preparation of compliance documentation and reports. You’ll collaborate with a broad range of internal departments from Gaming and Security to Host Responsibility and VIP Services while helping strengthen SkyCity’s compliance framework. This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical risk‑management function within a dynamic entertainment environment, where your attention to detail and analytical mindset will make a meaningful impact.

About You

You’re someone who thrives on precision, structure and responsibility. With a solid understanding of compliance and relevant legislation, including AML/CTF requirements, you’re confident navigating complex data, conducting detailed screenings and interpreting information with accuracy. You bring strong organisational skills, advanced Excel capability and experience working with CRM systems. You communicate clearly, work reliably under pressure and adapt well to the fast pace environment. You’re comfortable engaging with people from diverse cultures, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding high standards of integrity in every interaction.
