JPMorgan Chase's Australia Compliance Surveillance team seeks an Associate to review alerts across Equities and Futures & Options, identify potential market misconduct and ensure adherence to laws and internal policies. You will collaborate with regional teams, use Bloomberg, Reuters and third-party surveillance platforms, and contribute to improving the surveillance program across asset classes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Trade Surveillance or Compliance.
• Experience with Bloomberg or Reuters data sources.
• Knowledge of equities and futures & options markets and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Review alerts across equities and derivatives to identify potential market misconduct.
• Analyse system-generated alerts using surveillance tools to assess breaches of laws and policies.
• Collaborate with Australian business units, Compliance, Operations and Tech to understand activity and flows.
• Escalate unusual activity per established procedures and maintain case records.
• Support investigations and respond to internal, regulatory and audit inquiries.
• Contribute to surveillance projects, control design and testing across platforms.
• Produce management information and reporting for governance and risk oversight.
• Keep up-to-date with Australian market structure and regulatory developments.
