• Demonstrated nursing leadership experience within an acute healthcare setting.
• Experience leading clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Strong people leadership skills with coaching and development experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and change management abilities.
• Sound operational, workforce and financial management capability.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of safe, evidence-based, person-centred care in line with NSQHS standards.
• Provide visible leadership across governance, workforce, quality and operations.
• Drive patient flow and service improvement in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coach and develop nursing staff to build a high-performing team culture.
• Oversee financial, workforce and resource management to sustain services.
• Review clinical pathways and ensure compliance with safety and enterprise agreements.
