Job summary

Deepcore Drilling Pty is hiring Entry-Level Driller’s Offsiders for local Kilmore, Broadford and Bendigo projects. No prior mining experience required; training and career progression provided. Full-time roles with 14/7 or 7/7 rosters, accommodation for non-locals, and strong safety culture.

You’ll join a hands-on crew, work on surface and underground drilling, and develop qualifications through on-the-job training while advancing toward drilling roles.

Qualifications

• Physically fit to lift up to 35kg.
• Able to pass a full pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening.
• Current manual driver’s licence (C-Class) as a minimum.
• First Aid/CPR certificate (or willing to obtain).
• National Police Check & full Australian working rights.

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit able to lift up to 35kgs
• Able to handle 12-hour shifts
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork
• Able to pass a full pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening
• Current manual driver’s licence (C-Class) as a minimum
• First Aid/CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
• National Police Check & full Australian working rights

Experience in labouring, construction, FIFO/DIDO, or mining is highly regarded – but not essential.
