Job summary

Deepcore Drilling in Kilmore, VIC, is seeking entry-level Driller’s Offsiders to join local crews on Kilmore, Broadford and Bendigo projects commencing ASAP. No mining experience required; training provided to set you up for success.

You will work full-time, on 12-hour shifts, with above-award pay and rosters designed for home every night on 14/7 or 7/7. Accommodation is available for non-locals, and you'll gain nationally recognised qualifications through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Physically fit to lift up to 35kg.
• Able to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Current manual driver’s licence (C-Class) as a minimum.
• First Aid/CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
• National Police Check and full Australian working rights.

No experience in mining or drilling? That’s okay. If you’re fit, reliable, and safety-focused, we’ll provide fulltraining, qualifications and career pathways to set you up for success.

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit able to lift up to 35kgs
• Able to handle 12-hour shifts
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork
• Able to pass a full pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening
• Current manual driver’s licence (C-Class) as a minimum
• First Aid/CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
• National Police Check & full Australian working rights

Experience in labouring, construction, FIFO/DIDO, or mining is highly regarded - but not essential.
