Job summary

Just Better Care Eastern Suburbs is seeking compassionate, reliable support workers to assist a client living in Sans Souci, NSW, with 24/7 care. The role offers a casual, flexible schedule in local shifts close to home.

Pay ranges from $38–$76 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus (conditions apply) and a $400 referral bonus per successful hire. Paid orientation and training are included, plus progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Experience with hoist transfers.
• Valid NSW Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 care and support to client in Sans Souci.
• Deliver compassionate in-home care and assist with daily living activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home-care environment.
