Job summary

Montessori Care is seeking dedicated support workers to assist in-home aged care and NDIS disability support across Inner West Sydney regions. The role involves providing companionship, personal care, and help with daily tasks while following care plans for long-term clients.

We value empathetic, reliable team players who can travel within Inner West, CBD and North West Sydney regions. NSW driver licence and checks are required; joining bonus offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Sympathetic, empathetic and personable required.
• Must hold NSW Driver Licence with own insured vehicle.
• Current checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid & CPR.
• Reliable availability across Inner West, CBD and North West Sydney regions.

Responsibilities

Employment Type: Casual/Temporary with Permanent Full Time or Part Time opportunities for the right candidates!

Location: Inner West, CBD, North West Region

Clients are located across the Inner West, Sydney CBD, and North West Sydney regions. You must be willing to travel across these areas and hold a current NSW Driver Licence plus your own insured vehicle.

The Role

Join a well-coordinated care team supporting long-term NDIS participants who requires friendly and capable, support workers to assist in community access care. You’ll provide a mix of:

• Emotional support and companionship
• Personal care
• Domestic assistance and community access
• Following strict guidelines outlined in care plan
• Experience with mental health clients (desirable)

You’ll be great in this role if you are/have
