About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in NSW. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities to help them continue to live safely and independently at home. This role requires 12 hours per week, with flexible weekday timing, travel reimbursement, and company-provided PPE.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
• Offer social support and respite care
• Transport clients to appointments
• Maintain accurate care records

Your Background

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You should possess:

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• National Police Clearance Certificate
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
• Smartphone
• Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring
