Job summary

The CareSide is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our NSW team on a casual basis. You will assist clients with daily activities to help them live safely at home, with approximately 4 hours per week and travel reimbursement plus PPE provided.

Ideal candidates are reliable, caring, and committed to high-quality home care. Requirements include First Aid/CPR, Police clearance, a valid Australian Driver's Licence with insurance, and a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
• National Police Clearance Certificate.
• Australian Driver's Licence with registered vehicle and insurance.
• Smartphone is required.
• Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts.
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping.
• Offer social support and respite care.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Maintain accurate care records.

About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in NSW. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities to help them continue living safely and independently at home. This role requires approximately 4hours every week, with travel reimbursement and company-provided PPE.
