The CareSide is a family-owned home care provider delivering compassionate in-home support across Australia. We are looking for a casual Support Worker in NSW to help clients live safely and independently at home. You should be comfortable with dogs and travel as required.

The role includes travel reimbursement and PPE provided. Responsibilities include personal care, domestic tasks, social support, and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification is required.
• National Police Clearance is required.
• Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance is required.
• Smartphone is required for work communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts.
• Assist with domestic tasks such as cleaning, meal prep, and shopping.
• Offer social support and respite care to clients.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Maintain accurate care records.

About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in NSW. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities to help them continue to live safely and independently at home. The ideal carer must be comfortable with dogs. The job will include travel reimbursement, and company-provided PPE.
