integratedliving Australia is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker for a part-time role in South Wollongong and surrounding areas. You will help older Australians stay safe, independent, and connected at home with practical support and companionship.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, transport, medication support, and meal prep, while promoting independence and client choice. Training and wellbeing programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified Support Worker with Certificate III in Indiv. Support/Aged Care or equivalent.
• Must-Haves: drivers license and reliable car.
• Willingness to obtain WWCC and First Aid/CPR.
• Current NDIS check or police check < 8 months.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care to clients (showering, dressing, grooming).
• Deliver Domestic Assistance (light cleaning).
• Provide Transport to appointments and shopping.
• Support with Medication routines.
• Meal preparation and preparation of meals.
• Build meaningful moments and promote independence.
• Encourage client choice and confidence.

We're looking for a passionate, Support Worker to join our team in the South Wollongong and surrounding areas on a part-time contract.

As a Community Support Worker, you'll become an important part of your clients’ lives.
