The Support Worker role involves compassionate, respectful support to clients, developing personalised care plans, and collaborating with families and professionals to promote independence and inclusion.

• Document client progress and report any changes in behaviour or health status to the appropriate team members.

The Support Worker at Lutheran Disability Services plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. This position involves providing compassionate and respectful support to clients, fostering their independence and promoting inclusion within the community.

Main Responsibilities
