Job summary

integratedliving Australia is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Support Worker to help clients live safely and independently in their own homes across the West Tamar region. You’ll provide personal care, domestic support, and community access while building meaningful connections.

Ideal candidates will have a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, a valid driver's license and car, and comfort using smartphones for documentation. Flexible shifts and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care or equivalent.
• Current driver's license and reliable car with comprehensive insurance.
• First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
• National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation.
• Caring, reliable and respectful approach to supporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans.
• Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks.
• Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings.
• Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home.
• Record visit notes using our simple mobile app.

Position Details

Role: Permanent Part-Time Support Worker

Availability: Monday - Friday, with 7:30am starts preferred

Location: Traveling across the West Tamar region, from Riverside to Greens Beach

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans
• Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks
• Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings
• Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home
• Record visit notes using our simple mobile app

What You’ll Bring
