Job summary

integratedliving Australia is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our Gosford team, delivering community and home-based services across rural and regional areas. This permanent part-time role offers flexible hours, 30 hours per fortnight, with days Mon/Wed/Fri and 8:00 AM–4:00 PM shifts.

Qualified candidates receive great pay ($36.23/hr) plus 12% super, and access to salary packaging, a travel allowance, a 2-week induction, and a wellbeing program.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care required or equivalent.
• Passion for helping others and reliability.
• National Police check or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• A valid driver's license and comprehensive car insurance.
• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for daily work.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: assist with showering, dressing and medication support.
• Companionship: provide warmth, conversation and social engagement.
• Domestic assistance: light cleaning and keeping homes safe and tidy.
• Transport: accompany clients to appointments or assist with groceries.
• Meal prep: prepare simple, nutritious meals.
• Meaningful moments: encourage hobbies and social connections.

Position details:

• Permanent Part Time 30 hrs a fortnight
• Availability of days: Monday to Friday - Mon, Wed and Fri are a must for this role
• Availability Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Preferred location -Kincumber, Davistown, Empire Bay, Blackwall, Ettalong, Umina Beach, Woy Woy, St Huberts Island, Killcare Heights, Sarotoga

What We're Looking For:

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent), we have roles that dont require qualifications
• A genuine passion for helping others
• National Police check or NDIS Worker Screening Check (Or Willing to obtain)
• A reliable car, driver's license, and comprehensive car insurance
• First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Working With Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for your daily work
