Job summary

Zenitas is seeking a Disability Support Worker for a casual role in Willarwarrin, NSW. You will work as part of the internal Claro team to support daily living activities, assist with medications, and help with meals, in a community-based setting.

Applicants should have a driver’s license with a reliable vehicle, NDIS clearance, and relevant first aid/CPR certifications or willingness to obtain them. A friendly, inclusive approach is valued.

Qualifications

• NDIS clearance and current first aid (3 yrs) and CPR (12 months) are required or willingness to obtain.
• Hold a valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
• Prior experience in disability support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in daily activities around the home.
• Assist with medication compliance including dispensing prescriptions.
• Meal assistance and meal preparation as needed.

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an internal Claro team member join a supportive and inclusive team. We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Willarwarrin.

Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Drivers License, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
• At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
• NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
