Job summary

Kirinari Community Services Ltd. in New South Wales is seeking dedicated support workers to help young people build independence, confidence and community connections in a caring disability-focused program.

You will provide person-centered support, safety and practical living skills while collaborating with families, educators and allied health professionals in a flexible, part-time role. This position offers onboarding and ongoing coaching within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Australian Working Rights
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Commitment to child-safe and inclusive practice
• Experience in disability support, youth work, mental health, education, community services or therapeutic supports will be highly regarded
