Job summary

Yarra Valley Support Coordination in Lilydale, VIC, seeks a reliable casual Support Worker to provide personalised care to clients in the disability and aged care sectors. You will work as part of a compassionate team, delivering high-quality, person-centred support, maintaining shift notes, and ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• Experience working with male participants.
• Experience supporting individuals dealing with addiction.
• Experience supporting children of all ages.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Current First Aid certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening
• Valid driver’s licence.
