Zusammenfassung

Nurse Next Door in Atherton is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support clients at home. We value kindness, reliability and a person-centered approach.

Roles include personal care, meal planning, light housekeeping, transport and companionship, following the care plan developed by the Registered Nurse. Ongoing training and a supportive team are provided.

NDIS Worker Orientation and safeguarding duties are part of the role. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
• NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
• Reliable car
• Australian Driver's Licence
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
• Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Work with a supportive and dynamic team

About the Role

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
