Accept Care in Adelaide is seeking a dedicated community support worker to assist aged care clients and NDIS participants at home and in the community. You will help with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections, guided by care plans and supported by our office team.

The role requires genuine compassion, excellent communication, and a valid Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, plus screening checks and a driver license.

Qualifications

• Must be caring and passionate about supporting others.
• Excellent communication with clients and coordinators.
• Experience in community support work.
• Knowledge of aged care or disability services is a plus.

About The Role

We are building a team of qualified care workers to support our Aged care clients and NDIS participants in and around Seaford. You’ll support them to live independently and safely in their own home and community. This hands‑on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a dedicated office team.

Responsibilities Include

• Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing), social support & help around the home for daily living needs.
• Some domestic support including mopping, vacuuming and general cleaning.
• Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.

Work Locations

Seaford and surrounding areas

Shifts

Mon to Fri between 8am-4pm

Open to discuss about the contract type - permanent or casual!!

About You

You are caring, passionate about supporting others and experienced in community support work. You have great communication skills and treat all clients with care and professionalism.
