RSL LifeCare in Australia is seeking a dedicated Home Care Support Worker to assist veterans and seniors at clients’ homes with personal care, respite support, and community engagement. You will follow care plans, monitor comfort and safety, and work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality in-home services.

Qualifications

• A caring nature – genuinely passionate about helping people
• Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
• Good communication skills with the ability chat and listen to clients and team members
• Ability to work independently & comfortable using technology
• Australian working rights
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured car
• A Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
• Experience in aged care or disability support
• First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to get one)
• It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
