Provide person‑centred support to NDIS participants living with Indu Living at the Northern Beaches of Sydney. You will assist with daily living (personal care, meals, domestic tasks), encourage community participation and social connection, and help people build independence in a calm, home‑like environment. This role suits someone with an intrinsic interest in care work who is empathetic, reliable, comfortable with personal care and able to work a mix of shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers).
