Job summary

North West Disability Services is seeking experienced, reliable Disability Support Workers to support people with challenging behaviours at sites in the Hills district and in the community. You will deliver person-centred care, assist with daily living and community access, and help participants build confidence and independence.

Mandatory criteria include personal care experience, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and a valid driving

Qualifications

  • Experience in disability support (NDIS or related sector).
  • Mandatory personal care, Driving Mini Busses and Driving company vehicles.
  • Confidence working with behaviours that may challenge.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • First Aid & CPR certification.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting people at one of our sites in the hills district and in the community, helping them build confidence, skills, and independence.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need
  • Experience in disability support (NDIS or related sector)
