Job summary

Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Armidale is hiring to deliver personalised support that builds independence and meaningful connections. You’ll work across flexible rosters, helping participants with personal care, social activities and skill development.

We value a can-do attitude, at least 2 years of disability experience, creativity, teamwork, and calm confidence when supporting people with complex behaviours. A current driver’s license and clear checks are required.
