Your Way Life Supports is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Gippsland. This role focuses on delivering person-centred 1:1 support tailored to each participant's needs and goals.

We provide flexible working arrangements, ongoing training, and a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in participants’ lives within the Gippsland region.

Qualificações

• Certificate III or higher in a related field (preferred).
• Experience supporting people with disabilities.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate and participant-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualised 1:1 support to NDIS participants.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal goals.
• Support participants to access the community and attend appointments.
• Encourage independence, choice, and skill development.
• Build positive and professional relationships with participants and their families.
• Complete progress notes and required documentation.

Essential Requirements
