Job summary

Making Footprints is seeking passionate, reliable, and empathetic Disability Support Workers to support participants in their homes and the community. You will help with daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, and transport to appointments.

You will implement goal-directed activities aligned with each participant's NDIS plan and maintain accurate progress notes using our digital logging app. We value person-centred care and teamwork, with ongoing training opportunities to enhance

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or Certificate III in Disability Services.
• A valid clear NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current WWCC and a National Police Check (less than 6 months old).
• Current Australian Driver's Licence with a comprehensively insured vehicle and clean driving record.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.

Job description

We are seeking passionate, reliable, and empathetic Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide tailored day-to-day support to participants in their homes and out in the community.

About you

Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Certificate III in Disability Services, or a directly related community services qualification.

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a National Police Check (less than 6 months old).

Current Australian Driver's Licence, a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle, and a clean driving record.
