Job summary

Simply-Helping-Illawarra is seeking an in-home support worker to assist clients with daily living activities and personal care. You will promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, while engaging in meaningful activities and outings.

The role requires flexibility for 24/7 shifts; training is provided to deliver high-quality care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong availability to work across our 24/7 service (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights).
• Willingness to provide personal care (showering, toileting, dressing, grooming).
• Comfortable working in clients' homes with dignity and privacy.
• Experience in support work is desirable but training provided.
