Australian Digital Health Agency in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Support Officer (APS5) to coordinate invoicing, financial administration and contract duties within the Digital Health Adviser Team. Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative, business support or business management services in a government, health, corporate or other complex organisational environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in invoicing, financial administration and accrual processes with reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP (including SAP Concur) and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Ability to interpret financial and contractual information to ensure invoices and payments align with arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the end-to-end invoicing process and related financial activities.
• Maintain records and reporting tools for procurement, workforce and contracts.
• Provide guidance materials to promote consistent practices across the team.
