Job summary

Metro North Health is seeking a Support Officer - Child Protection Unit to provide administrative and secretarial support to clinicians delivering child protection services in Caboolture, Kilcoy and Woodford Health Services.

The ideal candidate will manage medical typing duties, maintain information systems, and support multidisciplinary teams in a flexible, professional environment. This is a part-time, fixed-term role with a 4-week frame and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with software packages such as HBCIS, ieMR, The Viewer, Excel and Word.
• Ability to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Undertake medical typing duties for the service.
• Maintain harmonious and productive work relationships with other staff and be a contributing team member in meetings relevant to this role.
