TAFE SA is seeking a Support Officer to deliver customer-focused service and administrative support across multiple channels for regional campuses. You may work frontline or in hybrid environments, managing forms, records, CRM, and student systems with accuracy.

As a Support Officer, you will deliver customer-focused service and administrative support to students, staff and internal teams across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat and face-to-face, while ensuring services run smoothly. You may work in frontline or hybrid environments or in more administration-focused roles involving processing forms, maintaining records, managing CRM or email enquiries and updating student systems. This role suits adaptable, organised individuals who are comfortable using multiple systems, communicate clearly, and take pride in accuracy and delivering a positive experience. Prior education experience is not required, and applicants from administration, customer service or other people-focused backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment
