Job summary

TAFE SA based in Adelaide is seeking a lead educator to drive capability development across innovative training programs and career pathways. You will leverage LMS platforms and data-driven insights to enhance educator performance and align with organisational goals.

This full-time role requires a current TAE40116 Certificate IV and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement, learning solutions, and compliance with standards.

• Design impactful learning solutions that enhance educator performance and support organisational goals.
• Lead educator capability development through innovative training programs, career pathways and performance initiatives.
• Leverage LMS expertise, including Lumitt or similar platforms, to drive effective learning experiences.
• Shape educator capability through data-driven insights and compliance with RTO Standards.
• Influence, collaborate, and inspire by partnering with stakeholders, providing expert advice and identifying training needs.
