Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Allied Health, Nursing, Education, or related field.
• Experience in administering person-centred, strengths-based assessments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Engage in warm, guided conversations with participants and families in person or virtually.
• Gather and synthesise information to understand each participant's life circumstances and support needs.
• Translate clinical information into clear assessment reports that protect welfare and choices.
• Collaborate with a dispersed team to share insights and refine service delivery.
