Job summary

RIGHTWAY SUPPORT SERVICES PTY LTD is seeking a casual/part-time Support Coordinator in Toowoomba to assist participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans. You will coordinate supports across a participant caseload, build capacity for self-management, liaise with providers and families, and prepare reports for plan reviews, with the backing of an experienced team.

Support Coordinators help participants turn an NDIS plan into real, working support. You will build participants' understanding of their funding, connect them with the right providers, and step in when things need to change.

You will carry your own caseload with the backing of an experienced team, and have genuine say in how we deliver coordination.
