Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
BallyCara is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Care Partner to lead the Support at Home program in the Brisbane area. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensure safe, person-centred care, and uphold clinical governance while developing others.
The role is primarily leadership-focused with occasional direct client support to ensure continuity of care. You will report to Integrated Community Manager and collaborate across teams to improve outcomes for older Australians.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Care Partner who understands the complexities of community aged care, thrives on developing others and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes through the Support at Home Program.
At BallyCara, we believe growing older shouldn't mean giving up independence, choice or the things that make life meaningful and behind every great care experience is someone who knows how to bring clinical expertise, compassion and strong leadership together.
This isn't a traditional clinical management role. We are looking for someone who has both clinical and Support at Home experience. Do you enjoy leading people, solving complex challenges and making a difference in the lives of older people, this could be the career move you've been waiting for.
It's an opportunity to influence clinical practice, guide a dedicated team and help shape the delivery of safe, responsive and genuinely person-centred care.
For over 40 years, BallyCara has been supporting older Australians to live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
We're an established, not-for-profit organisation with a strong focus on positive ageing, wellness and meaningful relationships.
Our approach is guided by our SONA® philosophy, inspired by the Gaelic word for happiness, and our commitment to Inspiring Healthy and Happy Living.
We believe great care begins with great relationships, and that includes the relationships we build with our people.
When you join BallyCara, you're not simply taking on another position. You're becoming part of our BallyBunch, where your expertise is respected, your ideas matter and your contribution makes a genuine difference.
Reporting to our Integrated Community Manager, you'll be BallyCara's senior clinical resource, supporting safe, high-quality and coordinated Support at Home services.
Working alongside Care Partners, nurses, allied health professionals and stakeholders, you'll provide clinical leadership, oversight, governance and team development.
This is primarily a leadership role, not a full client caseload position, although occasional direct client support may be required to ensure continuity of care.
The person we're hoping to meet...
You're clinically experienced in Support at Home, commercially aware, people-focused and comfortable navigating the changing landscape of community aged care.
Importantly, you understand community aged care.
You know that supporting someone in their own home requires a different approach to care delivered in a residential or hospital setting.
You recognise the importance of balancing clinical needs, client choice, funding arrangements, quality requirements and service sustainability.
Above all, we're looking for someone who genuinely believes older people deserve to feel safe, respected, empowered and supported to live life on their terms.
At BallyCara, we believe in looking after the people who look after others.

Access not-for-profit salary packaging of up to $18,550, along with 17.5% annual leave loading.

Be part of a values-led organisation where relationships matter, individuality is respected and your contribution is appreciated.

Ready for a role where your leadership has a lasting impact?
You could take another senior clinical position. Or you could take the opportunity to help shape how older Australians experience care at home.
If you're an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in community aged care and Support at Home services, we'd love to hear from you.
Bring your clinical expertise, your leadership experience and your ideas.
We'll provide an environment where you can put them to meaningful use.
