Job summary

Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Specialist/Analyst to join the Supply Chain Performance & Innovation team in Sydney. You will align supply chain processes with technology solutions and work with BTS, vendors and stakeholders to improve system performance.

The role involves analyzing gaps, supporting MRP and visibility improvements, and maintaining process maps and training materials. Open to candidates in Brisbane, with location flexibility for Fairfield, NSW.

Qualifications

• Foundational Excel and data analysis skills.
• Interest in developing Power BI and BI reporting.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the alignment of supply chain systems with operational requirements.
• Act as service owner for SVG, B2Wise and supply chain automation tools.
• Assist with MRP and Supply Chain Visibility improvements, including change reviews and testing.
• Analyse user and process gaps and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Maintain process maps, data flows, system documentation and training materials.
• Assist with business cases and scoping system enhancements.
• Work closely with Supply Chain teams, BTS, application vendors and other stakeholders.
