Job summary

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Operator to cover parental leave for 10–12 months, 30 hours per week. You will join our client’s team and support purchasing, inventory, goods receipts, transport coordination and general supply chain administration.

The role requires practical experience in a supply chain environment, ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics or warehousing.
• Understanding purchase orders, goods receipting and inventory management.
• Experience supporting transport and delivery coordination.
• Understanding import and export processes.
• Strong administration and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage routine responsibilities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Practical, reliable and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Raise, process and manage purchase orders.
• Receive and process incoming goods and ensure records are maintained accurately.
• Assist with inventory control, stock management and stock records.
• Coordinate and support transport and delivery activities.
• Assist with import and export processes and related documentation.
• Provide general supply chain administration and coordination support.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, transport providers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure day-to-day supply chain activities are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
