Job summary

Miele Australia Pty is seeking a Leader of Supply Chain Operations to manage our warehouse, transport and logistics activities in Australia. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Management, you will drive day-to-day operations and partner with 3PLs to improve service, cost and performance.

You will lead a high-performing team, implement structured processes, and collaborate with Planning, Forecasting, Stock and external partners to ensure end-to-end supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience across warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse, transport and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and third-party logistics partners to achieve performance outcomes.
• Strong commercial and cost-management mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, shipping, transportation and reverse logistics operations, including third-party logistics providers.
• Build and maintain efficient operational processes across warehousing and transport.
• Lead inventory reconciliation, stocktakes, returns management and resolution of delivery or stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate transport and warehouse activity with Planning, Forecasting, Stock and other internal stakeholders.
