Job summary

Amazon in Sydney/Melbourne seeks a results-driven Program Manager to support configuring our network and delivering Network Loss initiatives across our fulfilment network. You will dive into data, identify issues and work with multiple teams to build practical solutions.

You’ll coordinate configuration changes across sites and stations, contribute to launches of new tools and processes, and gain first-hand experience of a multi-faceted, integrated warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programs in a logistics or fulfillment environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes from data.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network loss configuration across sites and stations.
• Identify gaps and root causes using data and metrics, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations and NL teams regionally and globally.
• Lead launches of new tools and processes for the fulfillment network.
