Job summary

Amazon is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to support configuring our network and delivering Network Loss (NL) initiatives across the fulfillment network. The role involves working with Operations and Central NL teams to identify gaps, analyze data, and implement improvements.

You will coordinate site configurations, support launches of new tools and processes, and partner with stakeholders across Australia, APAC, and beyond to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations and Central NL teams to identify gaps and control losses.
• Update site configuration across multiple sites and stations.
• Drive launches of new tools and processes in a multi-faceted warehouse environment.
• Deep-dive data to identify root causes and coordinate with stakeholders across APAC.
