Job summary

V/Line is seeking a collaborative Supply Chain Manager to lead a specialist team across logistics, procurement, contracts and inventory. You will partner with stakeholders to improve capability, deliver value-for-money outcomes and drive continuous improvement while aligning with the organisation's future planning.

The role is based at Lara with a mix of site, office and flexible/home-based working arrangements, supporting maintenance and project delivery across the network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership within supply chain, logistics or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop capability and deliver outcomes.
• Experience influencing and driving change across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, setting priorities and driving performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and performance measures for the function.
• Oversee procurement activities for value-for-money outcomes.
• Manage inventory, warehousing, transport and logistics services.
