Job summary

V/Line is seeking a Manager Supply Chain based in Lara, combining site, office and home-based work. You will lead a specialist team across inventory, warehousing and procurement, delivering value for money and continuous improvement while aligning with maintenance and project needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within supply chain or logistics.
• Lead teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience influencing change across teams and stakeholders.
• Procurement and supplier relationship experience.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, setting clear priorities and driving performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, goals and performance measures for the function.
• Oversee procurement activities to ensure efficient, compliant and value-for-money outcomes.
• Lead supply chain operations across inventory, warehousing, transport and logistics services.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts and commercial arrangements across the Assets and Maintenance Group.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, inventory and contract management practices.
• Support demand planning and resource supply arrangements to enable effective delivery of maintenance and project works.
• Contribute to business planning, budgets and forecasting activities.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt improved and more consistent ways of working.
• Ensure compliance with internal and government financial management requirements.
