Stanbroke in Queensland is launching a 12-month Graduate Program that rotates through Bottle Tree Feedlot Operations, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Food Solutions, and the Production Office. You’ll gain hands-on experience and mentorship, laying a foundation for a permanent full-time role on completion.

Graduates will join in January 2027, with a strong emphasis on growth, collaboration, and practical learning in a dynamic agribusiness and food industry environment.

• Graduating in 2026 with a degree in agriculture, animal science, agribusiness or a related field.
• Ready to start in January 2027 (we’re flexible).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Bottle Tree Feedlot Operations, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Food Solutions, and Production Office.
• Work with experienced professionals and gain hands-on knowledge beyond the classroom.
• Support across production planning, inventory control, and logistics as part of the program.
• Aim for a permanent full-time role within Stanbroke upon successful completion.

What you'll be doing

Our 12‑month rotational Graduate Program based at our Grantham plant, is designed to give you a truly well‑rounded start to your career. You'll embark on a journey across the heart of our business — from our Bottle Tree feedlot in Chinchilla, through to Human Resources and Quality Assurance, into our Food Solutions division, and across to our Production Office. Along the way, you'll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with experienced professionals, gain hands‑on knowledge that goes beyond the classroom, and be supported at every step as you grow into the career you've been working towards. And the best part? Upon successful completion of the program, a permanent full‑time role within Stanbroke awaits you.
