Bindaree Beef Group invites graduates from any faculty who completed their degree in 2025 or 2026 to join a tailored 12-month graduate program. Based at Inverell with travel to other sites, the program focuses on full supply chain exposure and culminates in a permanent role with Bindaree.

You will gain hands-on experience across processing, feedlots, or corporate offices, learn product specifications, and develop professionally with relocation and rent assistance where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree completed in 2025 or 2026.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across processing, supply chain and related functions.
• Develop knowledge of product specifications through the AUS Meat Beef Specifications Qualification.
• Potential for a permanent role with Bindaree after the program.
• Relocate to Inverell with travel to Queensland and NSW sites.

This program is open to graduates from all faculties who graduated in 2025 or 2026.

The Program:

• Commences late January 2027


• Tailored graduate program to suit your career goals, focused on full supply chain exposure


• 12 month rotational program with a permanent role with Bindaree at the end


• Deeply understand our product and obtain your AUS Meat Beef Specifications Qualification


• Based at our major processing site, Inverell with travel to other sites

You are:

• A graduate who has completed a Bachelor degree (or higher) in 2025 or 2026.


• A quick learner and have a \"can do attitude\"

• Strong time management skills, ability to coordinate and plan and work autonomously.
