Job summary

CHEP Australia is seeking a Program Manager – Supply Chain Operations Excellence to lead complex improvement programs across our national operations network, partnering with Supply Chain leaders and site teams to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

You’ll own a diverse portfolio focused on safety, customer experience, productivity, efficiency and cost reduction, and you’ll coach teams in Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Proven track record turning ideas into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex improvement and transformation programs across CHEP Australia’s national operations network.
• Partner with Supply Chain leaders and operational teams to identify opportunities and turn ideas into measurable outcomes.
• Own and influence a diverse portfolio of programs including safety, customer experience, productivity and cost reduction.
• Coach project leads to build continuous improvement capability across the network.
• Establish strong governance and manage multiple programs, milestones and deliverables.
• Design and standardise improved work processes and translate data into actionable insights.
• Lead regional delivery of global programs including sustainability objectives and operational excellence.
