Job summary

CHEP Australia seeks an experienced Program Manager – Supply Chain Operations Excellence to lead complex improvement and transformation programs across the national operations network. You will partner with Supply Chain leaders and operational teams to identify opportunities, solve problems and drive measurable outcomes at scale.

You will guide Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, coach project leads, and ensure governance across multiple programs while translating global best practices into regional

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification preferred.
• Formal Project Management qualifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead major Supply Chain projects improving safety, customer experience, productivity.
• Identify improvement opportunities from concept to implementation.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across national operations.
• Coach project leads to build continuous improvement capability.
• Establish governance and manage multiple programs, milestones and deliverables.
• Design and standardise improved work processes across the network.
• Use data and insights to understand problems, test opportunities and measure results.
• Translate best practices from global networks into CHEP Australia operations.
