Job summary

Vow is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize the flow of materials and finished goods across its Alexandria site and network of co-manufacturers and 3PL partners. You will own the demand forecast, set stock levels, and drive improvements from data-driven insights.

With 2+ years in a supply chain role and strong spreadsheet skills, you will pull data from ERP/MRP systems, create actionable reports, and lead changes to reduce cost and delay while collaborating with Production, Quality, Sales

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a supply chain role in food, cosmetics, or manufacturing.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to turn ERP/MRP data into forecasts.
• Proven track record of using data to fix supply chain issues.
• Experience with AI tools to speed up work and check results.
• Experience with chilled or frozen goods and 3PL partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve the supply chain.
• Map material and product flow from suppliers to customers, including co-manufacturers and 3PLs.
• Write up recommended changes with supporting numbers.
• Help implement changes and update SOPs.
• Lead changes to 3PL and freight partners, from option comparison to move execution.
• Support continuous improvement of inbound/outbound processes via design and SOPs.
• Own demand forecast and turn it into a supply plan.
• Set reorder points and safety stock from sales and usage data; review monthly.
• Track stock at Alexandria site and 3PL; reconcile records and fix gaps.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on delivery times.
